Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift hours, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a compact license in hand, at least 1 year of ER nursing experience, possession of ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications, and willingness to float between various campus locations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult/pediatric emergency medicine, familiarity with Epic charting system, trauma level I or II experience, and prior community hospital ER experience.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day. Shifts are posted every 6 weeks with start times at 0700, 0900, 1200, 1500, and 1900. The role involves managing ventilated patients, procedural sedation, blood product administration, trauma care, and critical patient monitoring. Travellers should be open to floating across affiliated facilities and must comply with all assigned modules and training requirements prior to start. References covering the last 3 years are required, along with responses to specific candidate screening questions.
