Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Tallahassee, FL. This position involves providing critical emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. The ER RN will deliver high-quality patient care, assist in lifesaving procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Florida state license, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), 3-5 years of ER experience, and a minimum of 0 years of related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with intubation and emergency lifesaving procedures, ability to perform procedures such as chest tubes, moderate sedation, lumbar puncture, laceration repair, and blood products.
• Additional Information: The ER unit features a 39-bed capacity, with a patient ratio of 1:4, and is equipped with crash carts, Level One monitors, Alaris pumps, and Dash bedside cardiac monitors. Staff are expected to multi-task, focus on throughput, work as a team, and meet patient experience benchmarks including 30-minute bedside shift reports and patient rounding. The unit has a strong culture of recognition and innovation, utilizing advanced technology and experienced staff to provide exceptional care.
