Job Details
Location Requirements: North Carolina
Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC); at least 2 years of emergency department nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing
Additional Details: Performs bedside point of care testing, participates in patient education and discharge planning, and engages in performance improvement activities. Responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, prioritizing tasks for complex cases, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Float: Float rotation may be required.
