Job Summary: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a rural emergency department located in a hospital setting. This position involves providing high-quality, fast-paced emergency care to a diverse patient population. The role entails working nights in a facility with 23 beds, requiring adaptability and clinical expertise to manage patient care effectively.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights, 6:45 pm 7:15 am, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: RN licensure, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), De-Escalation Training, 0 years of experience minimum, valid Drivers License, and permanent home address matching ID.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of ER experience, Cerner EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system familiarity.
Float: Every third weekend; may float to Starke Emergency Department.
Additional Information:
Position is open for 13 weeks with potential for cancellation after two weeks without penalty.
Prior submission must include all relevant licenses and certifications.
Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
Scrub color: navy blue.
No on-call requirements or block scheduling options.
The role is a contractor replacement position.
