Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a combined adult and pediatric emergency department across all care zones
• Manage a mixed patient population including STEMI, stroke, sepsis, sprains, sutures, and high-acuity cases
• Administer and monitor drips including routine vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
• Manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen in the absence of respiratory therapy support
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1, with the ability to flex to 5:1 during peak census periods

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
• Experience with both adult and pediatric emergency patients required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen independently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
• Experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency environment with diverse patient populations
