Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room department for night shifts. The RN will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a Level 3 Trauma Center with a variety of patient types including psych, trauma, and medical cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for a diverse patient population in the ER, with a typical RN-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, techs, and physicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform required ER skills such as RSI, conscious sedation, and managing lines/drains/tubes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a level 3 or higher trauma center.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI, and TNCC are required.
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR and general ER nursing skills.
