Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse - Milwaukee, WI. This position involves rotating shifts with a focus on critical care, psychiatric, and pediatric patient populations. The role requires maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation, with involvement in EPIC electronic medical record systems. The candidate must be adaptable to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed, supporting the departments dynamic staffing needs.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts, SPC (Specialized Professional Certification), Bachelors Degree in Nursing or higher, Wisconsin state nursing license or eligibility, and at least 2 years of recent ER experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for critical care, psychiatric, and pediatric patients; strong team collaboration skills; ability to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support to ensure patient safety; familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system
Additional Information: Willingness to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
