Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in an adult community emergency department. The position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on exceptional patient support and teamwork. The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple adult trauma and medical cases efficiently.
Job Details
Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 1 or more years of experience in emergency department settings; proficiency in adult emergency care procedures; ability to obtain 12 Lead Electrocardiograms (EKG), interpret telemedicine readings, perform cardioversion and defibrillation, manage airway interventions including procedural sedation, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP), ventilators, and tracheostomy care; experience with trauma or pediatric patients is preferred; strong IV insertion skills, including Central Line and Picc Line management; behavioral health experience, particularly with chemical dependency, is preferred.

Additional Information
Boone Health has the capability to downstaff travelers 36 to 48 hours in a 13-week contract based on their weekly schedule.
