Job Summary Emergency Room RN Warrenton, VA. This position involves providing comprehensive emergency nursing care in a 97-bed acute care hospital that offers a wide range of specialty services including surgical procedures, medical imaging, intensive care, and obstetric care. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population across all ages, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS certifications; at least 2 years of ER experience; ability to perform all ER tasks including phlebotomy, IV placement, EKG, splinting, wound care, and transporting; self-motivated and self-sufficient
Preferred Qualifications: Patient-centered approach with a focus on creating a positive experience for patients and families while meeting operational metrics
Additional Information: Rare float requirement to an appropriate unit based on skill set or as a "set of hands"
