• Number of Beds - 27
• Number of Staff – 50 RN/25 Medics
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 charge, 5 RN, 2-3 medics; increase by 4-5 RN at 11am; increase by 1-2 RN at 3pm
  • Night Shift - 1 charge, 5 RN, 2-3 medics
• Patient Ratios – 4-6:1
• Type of equipment -
• EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments
• Must have 2-3 years ER experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• High acuity ERs, fast paced ERs with high volume
• Experience with patient ratios of 5:1

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• RSI, Sepsis interventions, Stroke protocol with tPA administration, central line placement, care of the psych patient, transfers to other facilities (EMTALA),



REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS;TNCC Preferred: , ENPC, NRP, NIH

Weekends and On call(if any)

• No on call.
• Weekends are four weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday for nights; Saturday or Sunday for days) in a four week scheduling period
