Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Clinton, Illinois. This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evaluation, consultation, and adjustment of nursing care processes. The role requires responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions and communicating effectively with ED physicians.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 pm 7:00 am, with rotating weekends, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; ENPC, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and TNS preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care, evaluates patient outcomes, collaborates with medical staff, and ensures timely response to patient needs.
