Weekly Gross : $2,074 weekly ($23 per hour on w2 + $1,246 weekly stipend)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent critical thinking skills, and collaborates effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Assess, prioritize, and provide nursing care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.
  • Perform triage and determine the urgency of patient care needs.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
  • Assist physicians with emergency procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adher to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
     

Experience

  • Must hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC-Strongly Preferred
  • 1 years of ED experience, previous travel experience required
  • Must be able to read and interpret Telemetry independently.
