Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position located in a healthcare facility in Colebrook, New Hampshire. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a critical access hospital setting. The nurse will have the opportunity to float to Med/Surg Stepdown units as needed, with a focus on maintaining excellence in patient care during night shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); active nursing license; minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Room experience including charge nurse duties; experience working in a Critical Access Hospital; current licenses/certifications must be valid at the time of submission; permanent address must be included in the submission file.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience; prior work in a Critical Access Hospital.
- Responsibilities: Providing emergency care, floating to Med/Surg Stepdown, handling diverse patient needs in a critical access setting, and demonstrating leadership in charge nurse responsibilities.
- Submission Requirements: Profile must include current work history, all required certifications, and verification of active licenses.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have at least 2+ years of ER experience and charge nurse experience. No locals, as the perm address must be 50+ miles from the facility. Candidates should be willing to take Stepdown patients and assist with Med/Surg patients.
