• Weekend Coverage: 3 weekends per 4-week schedule
• Floating: May float to Pediatric ED as needed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,860 - $1,960
• Setting: High-volume Level I trauma and emergency care environment

Job Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license required by start date
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting experience required or strongly preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• ENPC preferred
• Experience managing dysrhythmias and interpreting telemetry rhythms
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, high-volume emergency department
• Ability to work scheduled weekends and adapt to changing patient flow

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to emergency patients across all age groups
• Assess, stabilize, and prioritize patients using emergency triage standards
• Support trauma, stroke, cardiac, pediatric, and general emergency cases
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and procedural sedation per scope
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient patient throughput
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow unit protocols
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on safe, effective patient care
