Job Summary: Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Michigan. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care within an emergency department setting, following AHSA's (American Healthcare Standards Authority) clinical interview process. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient-centered care, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association, Michigan state nursing license, three or more years of experience in an emergency room setting, and familiarity with emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma and pediatric emergency care, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course).
Additional Information: The position adheres to AHSA's clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours via phone and text; decisions are typically made the same day or by the next business day. The candidate must be available for start on or after 08/24/2026. This role requires working in the emergency department, providing urgent care to diverse patient populations.
