Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a position located in an organized healthcare setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, assisting with treatments, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs.
Job Details:
Shift: Nights (3:00 PM 3:00 AM)
Schedule: 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Texas (TX) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License; BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; at least 2.5 years of recent, relevant experience in high-volume emergency departments; EPIC experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications: American Heart Association (AHA) certifications, experience in high-volume ERs
Additional Information: Candidates must be available for immediate start. This role involves acting as a patient and family advocate, managing emergencies, and participating in leadership and shared governance initiatives. The RN is expected to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate and efficient care.
