• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Charting System: MEDITECH 6.15
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Orientation: 2 floor-specific shifts; completion of ORT during week one is expected

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• 5+ years of emergency room nursing experience
• At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment
• MEDITECH experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ASLS or NIHSS, and CPI required
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume Emergency Department
• Comfortable with patient ratios around 1:4
• Ability to work within submission and scheduling guidelines, including the 75-mile radius rule

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy emergency department
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Support care for trauma, neuro, orthopedic, and stroke-related cases as appropriate
• Perform nurse-driven lab draws and start IVs when needed
• Work collaboratively with charge nurses, providers, paramedics, sitters, security, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy
• Document accurately in MEDITECH and follow unit protocols and safety standards
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on efficient, compassionate emergency care
