Emergency Room Nurse in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing critical nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center emergency department with a focus on team collaboration and patient-centered care. The role requires flexibility to accommodate varying shift schedules, with a primary schedule of days.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shifts vary, upon interview the director will inquire about travelers' shift preference
• Required Qualifications: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting or FBI Background Check within last two years, Pennsylvania State Police Clearance; minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; current ACLS, PALS, and CEN certifications preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience, critical care experience
• Float: No floating rotation required
• Additional Information:
  • Facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center with 40 beds, serving all patient populations
  • Clinical standards include advanced trauma care, critical care, and emergency treatment protocols
  • Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays
  • All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to start
  • The position is for one RN in the Emergency Department
