Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position located in CASA GRANDE, Arizona. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Arizona; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing; professional certification in Emergency Nursing (e.g., ENPC, TNCC)
  • Additional Information: The RN will assess patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing care plans, delegating tasks, and documenting in the patient record. The role may involve supervising staff and working with external providers to ensure continuity and quality of care. Must adhere to established policies, procedures, and professional standards to provide safe, efficient, and equitable care.
