Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic experience required
• Strong knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial care, and clinical pathways
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to interpret clinical and numerical data with strong attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience required

Emergency Department RN Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Develop individualized plans of care in alignment with unit guidelines
• Prioritize tasks, anticipate patient and unit needs, and respond to changing clinical conditions
• Provide care with consideration for cultural, psychosocial, and age-specific factors
• Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and variance reports accurately and timely
• Support patient teaching, discharge planning, and referrals
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement, education activities, and required in-services
