Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing opportunity in a healthcare facility located in Billings, Montana. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks according to state Board of Nursing standards. It requires assessing patient health, developing and implementing care plans, providing health education and counseling, executing medical procedures, and ensuring proper documentation. The position may require float assignments to other departments within the facility's scope of practice and may include on-call responsibilities during scheduled shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Mostly evenings and nights, with a shift time of rotating hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree from an accredited school of nursing, current Registered Nurse licensure in Montana, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and at least 0 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing and certification appropriate for the ER setting.
• Skills: Health teaching, nursing care, health data assessment, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, treatment plan monitoring, medical function execution, patient referral, clinical documentation, resource utilization, and Registered Nurse experience.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing clinical duties supporting patient recovery and wellness, with flexibility to float to other departments within scope of competency based on business needs.
