Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with organizational standards and professional nursing practices. The ER nurse is responsible for providing immediate, high-quality care to patients experiencing urgent and Emergency Room (ER) conditions, ensuring safety, efficacy, and optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night Shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in an acute care or emergency setting of at least one year within the past 12 months.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing; professional certification in emergency care or related field.
  • Additional Information: The role involves working in a high-pressure environment requiring quick decision-making, excellent communication skills, and clinical expertise in emergency care. Candidates will participate in patient assessment, care planning, and effective collaboration with the healthcare team. Strong documentation and adherence to policies and procedures are essential.
