What You'll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Conduct thorough assessments, communicate findings clearly, and administer medications with precision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and timely treatment.
• Utilize your critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to anticipate patient needs and support optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in emergency nursing.
• Current licenses and certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to documentation.
• Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and monitor reactions to treatment.
• Knowledge of nursing processes, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Flexibility to float within scope of practice, including potential shifts to intensive care units.
• Capable of working night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) with floating as needed.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications or specialized training in emergency or trauma nursing.
• Experience working with MedHost (EDIS) electronic medical records or similar systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of ER experience in a Level 3 trauma or similar fast-paced environment.
