Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license required at the time of application
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided
• Professional, clean scrubs of any color are acceptable

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, skilled nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Perform rapid patient assessments, prioritize care, and respond effectively in high-acuity situations
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient flow and quality outcomes
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Support patients and families with clear communication, education, and compassionate care throughout the emergency visit
