Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent acute care or emergency nursing experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
• Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure, high-acuity situations
• Preferred: previous ER, medic, or technician experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a busy emergency department
• Perform IV starts and phlebotomy as needed
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Support rapid assessment, treatment, and stabilization of patients
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain efficient patient flow
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Use emergency equipment and technology safely and effectively
