Hours Per Week: 36
Unit Description: High-acuity ED environment averaging 180-190 visits per day. Classified as mid to high volume suburban ED. Typical patient population includes: • Medical emergencies (heart attack and stroke symptoms, sepsis) • Trauma and injury cases • Respiratory distress • Abdominal pain and gastrointestinal emergencies • Neurologic conditions • Pediatric emergencies • Behavioral health and psychiatric emergencies
