Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in an acute care setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Current compliance with required health, background, and onboarding documentation
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department for a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform thorough assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and monitor patient response
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely, safe, and effective treatment
• Prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism
• Document patient care accurately and support smooth transitions throughout the continuum of care
• Maintain a calm, compassionate presence for patients and families during stressful situations
