Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in an acute care facility located in a diverse healthcare environment. The role involves providing emergency care to patients across all age groups, managing complex clinical situations, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. This position is suitable for experienced ER nurses seeking a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/11/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active Maryland or Compact RN license, Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). At least 2 years of ER nursing experience, with proficiency in managing acute patient conditions, advanced airway management, trauma, behavioral health, and emergency procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic charting system, prior work in trauma or community hospital settings, and familiarity with various emergency protocols and equipment.
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable floating within scope of practice, flexible to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and capable of handling high-acuity cases independently. Travel experience is not required; candidates must meet the compliance and onboarding requirements outlined by the organization.
