Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in a hospital setting. This role offers an opportunity to provide acute patient care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on critical and emergency interventions. The assignment includes night shifts with flexible options for 36 or 48 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a registered nurse within a 50-mile local radius, with a minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience. Certifications required include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC, all in hand at the time of submission.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings, trauma centers, and charting with Epic electronic health records.
Additional Information:
Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
The role involves managing a diverse range of patient conditions, such as trauma, stroke, respiratory issues, and psychiatric emergencies.
Responsibilities include intubation, arterial and central line management, chest tube management, procedural sedation, and interpretation of EKGs and arterial blood gases.
The facility is certified as a trauma center and stroke center.
Floating to similar units as needed and completing onsite modules during orientation.
Duration of the assignment is from 10/14/2026 to 01/13/2027.
