Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person, creating a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. Nursing practices are evidence-based and adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines. The RN utilizes clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and creativity across all phases of the nursing process. Responsibilities include coordinating and providing direct patient care, conducting nursing rounds, assessments, treatments, facilitating admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning.

Required Qualifications:
• No prior experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous nursing experience.

Required Education:
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Preferred Education:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• BLS , ACLS , PALS , NIHSS , TNCC
