- Shift: Variable — 12:00 PM–12:30 AM or 3:00 PM–3:30 AM
- Hours: 36–48 hours/week
- Rate: $91/hour
- EPIC Experience: Required
Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care to ER patients.
- Assess patients, identify care needs, and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer treatments and interventions according to established standards.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Provide patient/family education and discharge planning.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate activities of healthcare team members.
- Maintain a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment.
Requirements & Certifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- EPIC experience required
- BLS/CPR required
- ACLS/ALS required
- PALS required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care experience preferred
