## Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) | Lincoln, ME

Join as a **Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse** and provide exceptional emergency care in a community-focused hospital. This **13-week assignment** is perfect for an experienced ER nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in **Lincoln, Maine**.

**Location:** Lincoln, Maine
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Contract Length:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM | 36 Hours/Week

### Requirements

✔ Active Maine RN License or Compact RN License
✔ Minimum **3+ Year of Emergency Nursing Experience**
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ ACLS Preferred
✔ BSN Preferred
✔ Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
✔ Required immunization documentation (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and PPD/TB testing per facility requirements)

### Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive emergency nursing assessments for patients of all ages.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
* Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses.
* Prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
* Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
* Participate in bedside rounding, quality improvement initiatives, and emergency preparedness activities.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with hospital policies.
* Ensure a safe clinical environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
