Requirements:
RN License – Required
BLS/CPR – Required
BSN – Preferred
Acute Care Experience – Preferred
Required vaccinations, where applicable
Responsibilities:
Provide coordinated nursing care to ER patients.
Assess patients and develop/implement care plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and coordinate care.
Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Provide patient education and assist with discharge planning.
