• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090-$2,200

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: None
• Time Off: Up to 3 days of requested time off accepted
• Orientation: Remote welcome meeting, Epic onboarding/testing, and unit orientation shifts

Job Requirements

• Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• At least one completed contract nursing assignment required
• Recent Epic EHR experience required
• High-volume, fast-paced emergency care experience preferred
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact license required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• All certifications must be active at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and nursing care for patients with urgent and emergent conditions
• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care in a fast-paced ER nursing environment
• Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions using Epic
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment and patient flow
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Participate in orientation, onboarding activities, and required training sessions during the assignment
• Support quality patient care while maintaining compliance with department and facility standards
