Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. This is a critical role that requires the ability to respond quickly and effectively to a variety of healthcare situations. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
