Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department of a critical access facility serving up to 350 patients per month
Float between Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, and Charge Nurse roles as needed
Perform multifaceted nursing duties requiring flexibility across departments within a 25-bed facility
Document patient care and clinical information using Cerner electronic health records
Participate in orientation scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room, Med-Surg, or Charge Nurse roles
Prior travel nursing experience required
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
PALS certification (AHA, ARC, or ENPC) and TNCC certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
NIHSS certification
CPI certification
SANE certification
Experience working in a critical access or small rural hospital setting
