Job Summary: Emergency Room Registered Nurse position available in Turlock, California. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients within the emergency department, supervising staff, and supporting high standards of safe and quality nursing care. The position requires collaboration with the facility's clinical leadership to ensure efficient resource management and patient outcomes.
Job Details:
Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of clinical experience in emergency nursing, located in California.
Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, supervising staff, and supporting operational and clinical objectives within the emergency department.
Orientation process involves checking in at the security desk and scheduling with Human Resources during open hours from 7 am to 4 pm.
The role supports the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, with a focus on staff competency and resource management.
