All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Los Alamos, New Mexico.

What You Will Do:
Deliver exceptional emergency nursing care in a busy acute care setting.
Assess, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient safety and comfort.
Respond swiftly to emergent situations, demonstrating critical thinking and resilience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valid RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing or a comparable fast-paced setting
Current certifications in BLS and ACLS, required at submission
Ability to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience with pediatric or trauma emergency care
Additional certifications such as TNCC or ENPC
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
Prior experience in an acute care or emergency environment, ideally in a hospital or level 1 trauma center
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
Must have required certifications at submission
Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the work location; travel arrangements will be coordinated accordingly
Background checks and fingerprinting are mandatory for employment
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform emergency procedures
