Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position located in Joshua Tree, California. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department. The RN will supervise staff, support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and ensure staff competency and resource management.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 0 years of experience, eligible to work in California
• Preferred Qualifications: ER experience preferred, additional certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are a plus
• Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
