Education Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse), Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, ability to communicate effectively in English, 0 years of experience required
Responsibilities include assessing patients, interpreting data, developing and implementing care plans, teaching self-care and illness prevention, and ensuring safety and compliance. The CN also contributes to team building, professional development, and ongoing learning, with leadership demonstrated in the practice setting.
Additional Information: The nurse will utilize technology for communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making, and support continuous quality improvement through participation in unit programs and meetings.
