General job duties. Types of procedures required. General Nursing, Trauma Response 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) HealthLand EMR; OmniCell medication/pharmaceutical delivery 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. ADN minimum, BSN preferred; at least 2 years experience 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) Oregon RN license; BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) May be called upon to float to Med-Surg, OB, L&D upon demonstration of competency 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. BMHD: 25-bed/16-capacity; ER: 3-bed; L&D: 2-bed; OB: 2-bed 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) Acuity Measurement Tool to determine Nurse-to-Patient ratio 9.
