Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in an emergency room setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing nursing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
• Evening Shift: 3x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:00)

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of MA or conditional license.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Experience in emergency room nursing preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including monitoring vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
