Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Room Nurse responsible for immediate assessment, treatment, and stabilization of patients in the ER environment with a focus on trauma, acute illness, and emergency care.
• Certifications and Experience: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications required; 1.5 years of related experience preferred; valid California state license required; experience with community hospital settings and trauma levels I and II strongly preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work scheduled shifts on weekends and holidays as required, and have the ability to float between Santa Rosa and Petaluma, CA. The role involves interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, care of ventilated patients, and adherence to isolation precautions.
