## Travel RN – Emergency Department (ED)

**Location:** Lewiston, Maine
️ **Contract:** 13 Weeks |
**Shift:** Nights | 12-Hour Shifts
**Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER) RN
**EMR:** EPIC

### Requirements

* Active RN License
* BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications
* Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience and At least 1 year of Critical Care nursing experience
* Must be comfortable working as Charge Nurse and/or Preceptor if needed
* Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
* No prior employment with this health system

### Responsibilities

* Deliver direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
* Assess, monitor, and treat patients throughout their stay
* Administer IV medications, therapies, and blood products as needed
* Provide patient and family education
* Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality emergency care
