Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience and travel experience
• Prior Emergency Department experience preferred; 2 years of ER experience and 1 year of travel nursing experience is ideal
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-moving healthcare setting
• No new graduates

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care
• Manage a variety of emergency and acute care cases with professionalism and composure
• Support safe patient flow through triage, treatment, and discharge processes
• Adapt to unit needs, including floating within scope of practice when required
