Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of emergency nursing experience required
• Active RN license in good standing
• ACLS and PALS required
• CEN preferred
• Trauma nursing or critical care experience preferred
• Must have all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start
• Recent drug screen within 90 days accepted
• MMR declinations are not accepted
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department and collaborate effectively with the care team

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in the emergency department
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Support trauma, critical care, and emergency treatment needs as part of a collaborative clinical team
• Administer medications, monitor patient response, and document care accurately in EPIC
• Coordinate care with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to support safe patient flow
• Maintain professionalism, clinical accuracy, and strong communication in a high-acuity setting
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and departmental procedures at all times
