Ability to efficiently manage high-pressure situations and prioritize patient care.
Charge nurse experience is a plus.
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience working in a busy ED environment.
Comfort with using Epic EMR systems.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and diverse patient needs.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
Proven track record in emergency or trauma care settings.
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Must pass all required certifications prior to start date.
