Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.
Job Summary:
- Provide nursing care in a high-volume, state-of-the-art Adult Emergency Department (ED) with over 100,000 annual visits.
- Work in the only Level I trauma hospital in the area, serving a diverse patient population.
- Manage and treat trauma and emergency cases in one of the country's busiest trauma centers.
- Assist with the care of boarder patients in the ED.
- Utilize telemetry skills as required for patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality emergency care.
- Position is not suitable for first-time travel nurses; prior travel ER experience required.
- Candidates must hold an active NY RN license and have at least two years of ED experience.
- Must possess current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, as well as NIHSS certification.
Med Ninjas Job ID #15857. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
