Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a high-acuity emergency care unit that serves a diverse patient population. The role involves managing complex and unstable patients in a large, fast-paced environment with a focus on critical care. The work schedule consists of day shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/03/2027.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MA
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, at least 2 years of ER experience, and experience managing high-acuity and unstable patients
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a large, high-volume emergency department, ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Float: Float rotation may be required no
• Additional Information: Nurses must demonstrate strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role involves caring for a variety of patient cases, including behavioral health, boarding patients, trauma, and ICU-level care.
