Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the healthcare facility. This position involves providing urgent and emergent care to patients in a fast-paced ER unit, covering Observation Patients and ER Hold patients, with a focus on trauma, respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological emergencies.
Education Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in ER nursing, valid state license (compact license accepted)
Location Requirements: Must be within a 50-mile radius of the facility
Years of Experience: 1 year minimum
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week minimum
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: Travelers will cover Observation Unit which is ER Hold patients. Must be able to work 3 out of 6 weekends, and respond to specific scheduling requests upfront. Candidates should not reach out directly to the facility unless for an agreed interview. All required certifications and references are necessary prior to start.
Submission requirements include responses to previous employment at Providence facilities and references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
